Our Jewellery Return Policy: Ensuring Your Satisfaction Every Step of the Way.
At Panriya, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it within 5 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at panriyaa@gmail.com within the specified return period. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if necessary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued via Google Pay and Account Transfer.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Customized or personalized jewelry items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Earrings are considered intimate items and are non-returnable for hygienic reasons unless they are defective or damaged.
